Individual classes are available with Paul Riddy by appointment. These assume that you are ready and willing to take responsibility for how you are. Working one-to-one we evolve effective and efficient sequences for your individual needs. These are useful both for a therapeutic need, or if you wish to develop your yoga practice further. Group classes follow the Viniyoga approach, in which the form of the postures and breathing are adapted to suit each person. Students are first taught gently controlled breathing linked to movements, and are then led on to the more classical practice of postures, breathing practices and developing the ability to focus. The experience after a session is generally that of being physically extended, relaxed, focussed and energised. Days and timings below:
